According to the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, preferential loans at the size of 28.3 billion soums will be issued to finance business plans of graduates of the professional colleges.

Preferential loans for 68 billion soums will be issued to support business activities of young families. Businesswomen will get over 365 billion soums to develop their family business and craftsmanship.

Commercial banks will issue over 40 billion soums to finance projects directed at introduction of high quality technologies and innovation to production process, creation of small enterprises, etc.

The banks also plan to build 100 houses, which will include 48 flats each, in 2012-2013. The banks will issue mortgage loans to young families for 15 years.

In 2011, the volume of loans issued to small and private businesses increased 1.5 times to 4.041 trillion soums.

Graduates of professional colleges issued 25.6 billion soums of preferential loans in 2011, which increased .2 times compared to 2010.

Microcreditbank rendered microfinancing services to small businesses at the volume of 159.7 billion soums, which rose 1.3 times year-on-year.
