The course was organized by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan in cooperation with Uzbekistan Banking Association and Association of Banks of Central and Eastern Europe within the resolution “On priority directions of further reforming and improving sustainable financial-banking system of the republic in 2011-2015 and achieving high international rating figures”.

The resolution is directed at raising quality of banking services, efficiency of their work in line with international norms, strengthening skills of banks’ specialists, etc.

The course was based on existing examples on inspecting documents in line with principles and requirements of the letters of credit. The course used interactive methods and modern technologies of education.

High skilled international experts trained Uzbek specialists on international requirements of organization of international trade, preparation of international sale contract in line with Incoterms 2000, analysis of the letters of credit, insurance and transport documents, used in international trade, etc.
