During the talks followed by the official ceremony, the sides have dwelled on the state and prospects of bilateral relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State of Qatar in political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian areas.

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Halifa al-Tani spoke on further development and deepening of cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State of Qatar on the directions of mutual interest, as well as on enhancing the political dialogue at the highest level.
