Shareholders decided to pay 2,121 soums per each ordinary share for 2010 compared to 867 soums per share in 2009.

Total number of shares, on which dividends will be paid, makes up 24,647,557 units, the company said in its statement.

The company underlined that the dividends will be paid in cash.

As earlier reported, net income of UZBAT A.O. made up 104.532 billion soums in 2010 against 71.274 billion soums in 2009.

Total volume of resources directed to payment of dividends to shareholders, made up 21.369 billion soums in 2009 and it is expected it will make up 52.277 billion soums.
