Own capital of the company grew from 2.064 billion soums to 2.463 billion soums in the reporting period. The charter capital rose from 235.976 billion soums in 2010 to 341.971 billion soums in 2011. These figures did not change as well.

Liabilities of the company rose from 61.875 billion soums in 2010 to 99.748 billion soums (earlier 99.529 billion soums) in 2011. Long-term liabilities grew from 50.619 billion soums to 60.361 billion soums in the reporting period. Current assets made up 33.117 billion soums (33.187 billion soums) in 2011 against 11.256 billion soums in 2010.

Uzavtosanoat joint stock company, uniting enterprises of automobile industry of Uzbekistan, was created in 2004 on the base of Uzavtosanoat Association. The company includes 20 enterprises, including 16 joint ventures.
