The Center for coordinating and controlling over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the issue on 2 September 2011.

In line with the emission, the company will place 35,000 corporate bonds with par value of 1 million soums. Total volume of the emission makes up 35 billion soums.

The maturity term of the bonds is 1,825 days from the date of the placement start. Interest rate is 7% APR from the par value of the bond.

The company said that it will pay coupons on the bonds each quarter.
