Uzavtosanoat and Uzbek-Korean joint venture Uzsemyung will found Ferae LLC, which will produce stamped vehicle components for Nexia, Matiz and Damas models. The capacity of the enterprise is 185,000 components a year. It is planned to invest about US$1 million.

UzDongYoung-Ferghana LLC will be founded in Uzbekistan district of Ferghana region by Uzavtosanoat and UzDongYoung JV. The enterprise will produce up to 100,000 plastic details of interior of Nexia model a year. About US$1.7 million will be invested into the project.

Uzavtosanoat and Avtooyna will invest US$2.4 million into joint project in Ferghana district. Ferghana Avtoglass will produce capsulated glasses for Nexia and Lacetti models. The company will manufacture 130,000 sets of vehicle glasses.

Three new enterprises on production automobile components will be created in Navoi free industrial-economic zone. Korean ERAE CS Ltd and Uzavtosanoat will form joint venture with the charter capital of US$32 million. The venture will produce 130,000 km of vehicle wires and 360,000 units of generators and components a year.

India’s Minda Group will organize a company on production of various automobile components. The cost of the project is US$25 million.
