Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Shareholders of UzAuto Motors JSC will receive 975 soums in dividends per share.

During an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on 10 January 2025, it was decided to allocate 264.0 billion soums from the company’s retained earnings for dividend payments.

The dividend per share amounts to 975 soums, equivalent to 1.3% of the market value of shares as of the end of the first nine months of 2024.

The remaining 8.6 trillion soums in retained earnings will be kept in the company’s reserve.

Dividend payments are scheduled to be made between 10 January and 11 March 2025. The shareholder register was finalized on 3 January 2025.
