Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  At an extraordinary general meeting, shareholders of UzAuto Motors approved an interim dividend payout based on the company’s financial performance for the first six months of 2024.

According to the decision, UzAuto Motors will allocate 167.9 billion soums from its retained earnings for dividend distribution, amounting to 620 soums per share. The remaining retained earnings of 8.4 trillion soums will be retained by the company.

Dividends are set to be paid from 25 October to 25 December 2024.
