The price range for one share of the company is 72,500 - 81,500 soums. At the same time, the target price is 90,637 soums.

The upside from the bottom of the price range is 25%. The volume of the offer is up to 13.5 million shares of the company.

Offers will be accepted until 22 December 2022, and bidding will begin on 28 December 2022.

On 6 October 2022, the IPO of UzAuto Motors started. The company will place up to 5% of shares on the Tashkent Republican Stock Exchange, which can be purchased by individuals and legal entities.
