The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development of competition registered the emission of shares of the insurance company.

Within the issue the company will place about 8.152 million ordinary and 20,000 preferred stocks with par value of 1,330 soums each. Total number of shares makes up 8,171,840 units.

According to the company, the shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 1,250 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,330 soums.

The difference between par values of shares will be covered due to undistributed income of the company for 2011 for 270.307 million soums and net income for 2012 for 383.44million soums.
