Uzagrosugurta to pay dividends for 2011
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzagrosugurta state joint stock company distributed net income at the size of 352.2 million soums for 2011.
The company said that shareholders directed 17.609 million soums to reserve fund and 58 million soums to insurance fund.
Shareholders allocated 6.25 million soums to payment of dividends or 312.5 soums per share.
Other part of income for 270.307 million soums will be directed for capitalization of the charter capital of insurance firm.
