Net income of Uzagrosugurta rose from 605.5 million soums in 2012 to 14.66 billion soums in 2013.

The shareholders directed 732.989 million soums to increase reserve fund and 100 million soums to raise insurance fund.

The company will direct 6.65 million soums to payment of dividends for 2013 on privileged shares. The size of the dividend makes up 332.5 soums per stock (25% from value of the share).

The shareholders issued 1.154 billion soums to remunerate employees, members of Supervisory Council and revision commission.

The insurance company will direct 12.666 billion soums to increase the charter capital via increasing nominal value of the shares.

In the result, the charter capital will increase from 10.868 billion soums to 23.535 billion soums. The company will issue 8,151,840 ordinary and 20,000 preferential shares with par value of 2,880 soums each.
