Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The insurance company Uzagrosugurta reported a net profit of 1.35 billion soums in the second quarter of 2024, marking a 4.6% increase compared to the same period in 2023.

However, during the reporting period, the company’s revenue decreased from 100.3 billion soums to 71.9 billion soums. The company also experienced losses from foreign exchange rate differences amounting to 776.4 million soums, and its insurance income dropped from 2.5 billion soums to 2 billion soums.

The company’s assets stand at 396.5 billion soums, with a charter capital exceeding 108.95 billion soums.
