According to the statement, insurance company placed additional emission of shares for 7.427 billion soums.

In the result, the charter capital of Uzagrosugurta reached 10.215 billion soums or 5.2 million euros.

The company said that the charter capital has been increased due to resolution of the President of Uzbekistan “On measures on further increasing capitalization level of State joint stock insurance company Uzagrosugurta” from 5 July 2012.

State joint stock insurance company Uzagrosugurta is one of the largest insurance companies of Uzbekistan. The company is conducting insurance activity in mandatory and voluntary insurance markets. The company renders services in all 17 classes of insurance.
