The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the issues of shares of the insurance company on 18 August 2014.

Within the emission, the insurance company will place 8,171,840 shares, of which 8,151,840 are ordinary stocks and 20,000 – preferential. The par value of shares is 2,880 soums. Total volume of the emission is 23,543,899,200 soums.

The shares will be placed among shareholders via replacement of old shares with less value to new ones with higher nominal value.

The charter capital is increased due to growth of par value from 1,330 soums to 2,880 soums. The difference between par values of shares will be paid due to net income for 2013 at the size of 12.666 billion soums.
