Uzagrosugurta fully places shares of fifth emission
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
State joint stock insurance company “Uzagrosugurta” fully placed of shares of its fifth emission of stocks with total volume of over 7.427 billion soums.
The company placed 5,941,840 ordinary shares with par value of 1,250 soums each. Total sum of the issue is over 7.427 billion soums.
The shares were placed on close subscription among Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan, Association “Uzpakhtasanoat”, Agrobank, Turonbank and Qishloq Qurilish Bank.
Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan bought 4,491,920 shares for 5.615 billion soums, Association “Uzpakhtasanoat” – 782,480 shares for 978.1 million soums.
Agrobank acquired 502,640 shares for 628.3 million soums, Turonbank – 136,800 shares for 171 million soums and Qishloq Qurilish Bank – 28,000 shares for 35 million soums.
