UzACI officials receive delegation of South Korea
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
A delegation of the Republic of Korea led by assistant of Minister of Public Administration and Security Chang Kwan Su has been received at the Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information (UzACI) on 15 October 2012, the press service of the UzACI said.
The visit of delegation to Uzbekistan is practical implementation of agreements, achieved during the state visit of the Uzbek President Islam Karimov to South Korea in September 2012. Taking into account achievements of South Korea in information technologies sector, experts of Korea will exchange experience in ICT development and use of advanced technologies. The cooperation in ICT sector between two states is conducted based on interstate and inter-governmental and inter-departmental documents.
Within the meeting, the presentation on development of telecommunication and ICT sector in public administration in Korea. The Uzbek side also presented presentation on development of ICT in Uzbekistan.
During the meeting in Tashkent, the delegation will hold various meetings and negotiations at the ministries and departments of Uzbekistan.
