The National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) is a trade association of Indian Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Established in 1988, NASSCOM is a non-profit organization focused on promoting sustainable growth for the industry and to harness IT and Communications technologies for inclusive and balanced growth. The Association covers 95% of income of information technologies income of India.

At the meeting, the sides discussed issues of expanding cooperation between two companies in information technologies and software through establishing close cooperation between Uzbekistan IT enterprises Association and NASSCOM by signing agreement on cooperation.

The sides exchanged opinion on cooperation in increasing skills of Uzbek specialists in India on development of software.

The NASSCOM delegation was invited to participate in National software exhibition-forum Best Soft Uzbekistan 2012.

At the meeting, the sides also considered issues of holding the Uzbek-Indian business forum in information technologies, which will be held in May in Tashkent.
