The registrar is introduced for state bodies, rendering interactive state services for individuals and legal entities through telecommunication networks.

The regulation was developed in line with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures on further improvement of interaction of the state bodies and economic entities, state authorities in places with legal entities and individuals with use of information-communication technologies” from 23 August 2007.

The regulation sets requirements for applying for registration of interactive state services, as well as regulation on registration of applications and passports, which will simplify and order conducting registrar of interactive state services, UzACI reported.
