UT-Bank to raise authorized capital to 24.024 bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Shareholders of the Uzbek-Turkish Bank closed joint stock union adopted decision on increasing the charter capital of the bank.

In line with the decision, the bank will place shares for 14.771 billion soums. In the result, the charter capital of Uzbek-Turkish Bank will reach 24.024 billion soums.

Uzbek-Turkish Bank will place 105,512 ordinary shares with par value of 140,000 soums each, the bank’s statement said.

Shares will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders. In line with the bank’s data, Agrobank will buy 52,756 shares, T.C. Ziraat Bankasi A.S. – 52,740 shares and Ziraat Bank International A.G. – 16 shares.
