Dom Sagolla, one of founder of Twitter, prepared research for World Congress on Information Technologies.

The report founded out that Uzbekistan leads on number of tweets, messages directed to Twitter, growth in the world. On number of tweets per capita, Uzbekistan occupied the fifth place from the end. The author did not revealed exact data.

Sagolla took a sample 24 hours of public Twitter traffic on 16 May 2009 (a Saturday) and 16 May 2010 (a Sunday). Twitter data is from Peoplebrowsr, population data from Wolfram Alpha.
