An increasingly robust partnership between Uzbekistan and the United States will help promote stability, security, and prosperity throughout Central Asia”.

“I have fond memories of the beauty and the hospitality of Uzbekistan from my visit in the 1990s. On this celebratory occasion, I once again send my best wishes for peace, health, and happiness to all the people of Uzbekistan”, Clinton said.
