The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the company.

The company disclosed that it will place 2,165,108 shares (2,126,509 ordinary and 38,599 preferential shares) with par value of 300 soums each. Total sum of the issue will make up 649.532 million soums.

Shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacing old shares with less par value to new shares with nominal of 300 soums.
