Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan has updated the ranking of the top 20 taxpayers in the country for the period from January to June 2024.

During this period, 2,187 large taxpayers paid more than 52 trillion soums in taxes.

Of this amount, 25.7 trillion soums were paid by the top 10 large taxpayers with state participation. The top 10 large taxpayers in the private sector paid more than 4 trillion soums.

The leader among the large taxpayers remains NGMK (Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company) with tax payments totaling 11.4 trillion soums.

In the private sector, the first place is held by UzBAT (Uzbekistan British American Tobacco) with tax payments totaling 1.3 trillion soums.

The list also includes Epsilon Development Company, which paid 175 billion soums in taxes.

The overall top 20 also features companies such as UzAuto Motors (984 billion soums), Uzbektelecom (638 billion soums), Kapitalbank (339 billion soums), and Hamkorbank (238 billion soums).
