Universalbank to pay dividends for 2011
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Private joint stock commercial bank “Universalbank” distributed net income of the bank for 2011 at the size for 806.5 million soums in line with national accounting standards.
In line with the IFRS, the net income of the bank made up 162.324 million soums in 2011.
According to the decision of shareholders, the bank will allocate 201.632 million soums to reserve fund and 604.895 million soums to payment of dividends.
The bank said that the size of the dividend per ordinary share makes up 4,605.99 soums or 4.6% from nominal value of shares (100,000 soums).
