The press service of UNISTREAM said that the transfers through system will be conducted in US dollars.
At the same time, the system also offers addressless option of transfers, which allows clients to take money from any point.
UNISTREAM President Souren Hayriyan said that the business of the system develops in Uzbekistan. He said that the system launched two specialized money transfer systems and 100% of transactions are addressless.
Souren Hayriyan said that UNISTREAM works in Uzbekistan with 13 financial institutions, which have 1,200 service points. Some 240 points work in Tashkent, 75 – Samarkand, almost 60 – in Namangan and 50 – in Bukhara.
UNISTREAM said that promotion of unified client cards is also success in the country. Currently, 20,000 clients in Uzbekistan own such cars. About 82% of transactions conducted with the cards.
Turnover of UNISTREAM in Uzbekistan increased by 28% in 2011, while number of transactions rose by 16%.
