The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of insurance company on 22 August 2014.

Within the emission, the company will place 311,989,115,600 ordinary shares with par value of 0.01 soums. Total emission of the issue makes up 3,119,891,156 soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription among the shareholders of Universal Sug’urta.

The shareholders of the company are Turonbank, Orient capital management, FERON LEASING, Universalbank, and SOLO TRUST.
