Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Government of Uzbekistan has approved the Regulation "On the Procedure for Maintaining and Using the Unified Electronic National Product Catalogue (Goods and Services)."

This document establishes the rules for maintaining and using the catalogue, as well as assigning identification codes to goods and services eligible for tax benefits.

The catalogue covers goods produced and imported into the country, as well as services provided.

It will be used in the following cases:

when issuing electronic invoices;

when completing cargo customs declarations (except for goods being imported for the first time);

and in other cases as specified by legal acts.

The national catalogue can be accessed via the official website: tasnif.soliq.uz.

Tax benefits for specific goods and services will be granted by the tax authorities based on the identification codes listed in the relevant legal documents that provide for such incentives.
