UFF management meets Uzbekistan U-19

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan U-19 flied to Myanmar on Monday to participate in the AFC U-19 Championship. The management of the Uzbekistan Football Federation (UFF) met with the delegation of Uzbekistan, the UFF’s press service said.

Football legend Tulagan Isakov said that population of Uzbekistan expects at least tickets to the World Championship from Uzbekistan U-19. He said that the players should remember about it in each match.

Uzbekistan will play in Group B along with Australia, the UAE and Indonesia. If Uzbekistan advances to quarterfinals, Uzbekistan will face one of teams of Group A – Myanmar, Iran, Thailand and Yemen.

Uzbekistan will kick off its campaign on 10 October with the match against Indonesia. Uzbekistan will face the UAE on 12 October and Australia on 14 October.

The UFF Vice President Sardor Rakhmatullaev said that over 30 million people of Uzbekistan is behind the team. He said that the players should always remember that they will support them.
