In line with the emission, the company will issue 363,661 ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total emission volume makes up 363.661 million soums.

Currently, the charter capital of Uchqurg’on-yog’ makes up 656.32 million soums in line with accounting reports.

The company said that all shares within this emission will be placed to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan. In the result, the share of the government in enterprise will grow by 25% to 51.7%.
