Ucell provides to its subscribers online support
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Mobile communication operator Ucell provides its subscribers with online support.

Now Ucell subscribers have the opportunity to get answers to their questions in a single portal.

The portal consists of the following sections, all of which is very conveniently located in the same window. The first section is the “Subscriber’s profile” - the section, containing information about the tariff, the date of connection, the list of connected services and information about balance.

The next section is “Knowledge Base” – the section, containing answers to the most frequently asked questions. This section will help subscriber to find solutions of different situations, beginning from payment methods to reassignment, lost device and SIM-cards.

And finally, one more section is “Questions”, or “Online Call Center”, which is intended to ask a question to the operator of the Company in the online mode and in a very short time to get the full answer.

This service is available for all subscribers of the system of Prepaid service. The address of the service "Online support" available at link: online.ucell.uz.

The use of the resources of the section “Knowledge Base” is free of charge, the cost of one successfully processed request to the Company’s operator is $0,15.

“Online Call Center” is available from 8:00 to 18:00, seven days a week.

The main purpose of the portal is to more complete satisfy subscribers in getting answers to their questions, related to the provision of Ucell services.
