Turonbank to place shares for 4bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Joint stock commercial bank “Turonbank” will register a prospectus of emission of shares worth 4 billion soums.

Within the issue, Turonbank will place 2.353 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 1,700 soums each. Total sum of the issue exceeds 4 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on open subscription.

The share of the issue will be placed via exchange and organized off-exchange market. At the same time, at least 25% of shares will be placed via UZSE.
