The Center on coordination and development of securities registered a prospectus of emission of Turonbank.

Within the emission, the bank will place 3.53 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,700 soums each. Total sum of the issue makes up 6.001 billion soums.

The shares will be places on open subscription among investors.

The charter capital of the bank rose by 6 billion soums in 2013 and reached 40 billion soums.
