Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree to this effect "with a view to further expanding economic, political and cultural relations between the two states as well as improving working conditions of the embassy staff in Uzbekistan," the Turkmenistan.ru correspondent reports from Ashgabat quoting the press service of the Turkmen president.
