Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In Turkmenistan, on the eve of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, believers were again allowed to visit mosques, Anadolu news agency reported.
At the same time, believers were obliged to observe sanitary standards.
Cleaning of all premises of mosques will be carried out daily.
Citizens have already begun to flock to mosques across the country. Believers are allowed to gather for collective, Friday, holiday prayers, as well as for tarawih prayers.
Since 13 July 2020, a ban on collective and Friday prayers has been temporarily introduced in Turkmenistan due to the spread of the coronavirus.
