A delegation of Turkmenistan led by its deputy prime minister and foreign minister Rashid Meredov will arrive in Uzbekistan on 29 August.

The delegation will include representatives of various Turkmen ministries and departments. The delegation will hold bilateral consultations and the sides will finalize documents, which are expected to be signed by leaders of two states later this year.

It is planned that Uzbek President Islam Karimov will pay visit to Turkmenistan.
