The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank.

Within the emission, the bank will issue 4 million shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total sum of the issue is 4 billion soums.

According to the prospectus of the emission, the shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription. At the same time, shareholders of Turkiston Bank will have advantage to purchase stocks of the issue.
