Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Association "Uzcharmsanoat" and its enterprises represented Uzbekistan at a collective stand during the AYMOD-2025 international exhibition in Istanbul.

As part of the event, negotiations were held with the Istanbul Association of Leather and Leather Products Exporters to explore business cooperation opportunities between Uzbek companies and leading Turkish leather manufacturers.

Additionally, discussions took place with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Konya regarding the implementation of large investment projects in Uzbekistan with the involvement of Turkish capital.

Chinese raw material producers have also expressed interest in cooperating with Uzbekistan. One of the key proposals under consideration is the establishment of a joint leather production facility in the Fergana region, which would mark a significant step forward in the development of Uzbekistan’s leather industry.
