The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of the bank on 6 October 2014.

Within the issue, the bank will place 6 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums. Total sum of the emission reaches 6 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on open subscription, while the shareholders will receive preferential rights to buy stocks of the issue.

Currently, the charter capital of the bank made up 26.25 billion soums, which consists of 26.227 million ordinary and 23,000 preferential shares with nominal value of 1,000 soums.
