According to the bank, the Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the decision on the nineteenth issue of shares of the bank.

Within the issue Trustbank will place 5.25 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total sum of the emission make sup 5.25 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on open subscription, but the shareholders will have paramount right to buy the stocks. The shares will be placed within a year.

Currently the charter capital of Trustbank makes up 21 billion soums, which consist of 21million shares, of which 20.977 million ordinary and 23,000 preferential stocks.
