Trustbank to increase charter capital to 15 billion soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- General meeting of Trustabnk private open joint stock exchange bank adopted a decision on increasing charter capital to 15 billion soums, the bank said.

In line with the decision, the bank approved maximal number of ordinary shares, which the bank can place. The bank can place 8.7 million shares for 8.7 billion soums.

Assets of Trustbank private open joint-stock commercial exchange bank rose by 19% year-on-year in 2009 to 267.6 billion soums.

Loan portfolio of the bank fell by 19.2% year-on-year to 46.2 billion soums (compared to 57.2 billion soums in 2008).
