Trustbank to float corporate bonds for 1bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Private open joint stock exchange bank “Trustbank” will place corporate bonds for total sum of 1 billion soums.
The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the second issue of corporate bonds on 26 June 2012.
According to the emission rules, the bank will issue 1,000 bonds with par value of 1 million soums each. Total sum of the issue is 1 billion soums.
The maturity term is 1,825 days. The interest rate is set at refinancing rate of the Central Bank, set at the day on payment of coupons. Currently, the refinancing rate is set at 12% APR.
