Trustbank and International Islamic Trade and Finance Corporation sign US$20 million agreement
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 19 March 2025, a meeting took place in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) between delegations from CJSC "Trustbank" and the International Islamic Trade and Finance Corporation.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the prospects for deepening their partnership and taking their current cooperation to a new level.
As a result of the meeting, a bilateral agreement was signed for US$20 million.
Under the terms of the agreement, "Trustbank" will expand the range of financial services it offers, stimulating the development of entrepreneurship and small businesses.
The allocated funds will be directed toward supporting key sectors of the economy, such as the food industry, textiles, pharmaceuticals, catering, and services. These investments will create conditions for further growth in these industries and, importantly, contribute to the creation of new jobs.
