In line with the prospect of emission, the bank plans to issues 1.6 million shares with face value of 1,000 soums. Issued stocks will be distributed through open subscription.

The decision on issue of the 15th emission of shares was made by the Board of Trust Bank on 30 July 2008. The emission was registered at the Center for Coordination and Control of Security Markets in Uzbekistan.
