Trust Bank to float corporate bonds for 2bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Private open joint stock exchange bank “Trustbank” will place corporate bonds for 1 billion soums.
Trustbank registered an emission of corporate bonds at the Center for coordinating and controlling over functioning of securities market.
According to the conditions of the issue, the bank will place 2,000 bonds with nominal value of 1 million soums each. Total volume of the issue makes up 2 billion soums.
The maturity term is 1,825 days. The interest rate is set at refinancing rate of the Central Bank, set at the day on payment of coupons, minus 1. Currently, the refinancing rate is set at 12% APR.
