Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 December 2020, a grand opening of the Business Accelerator Training and Practical Center of Syrdarya region took place at the Scientific and Practical Center for the Implementation of Innovative Developments of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 

The opening ceremony of the Syrdarya business accelerator was attended by the Minister of Innovative Development Ibrohim Abdurakhmonov, the khokim of Syrdarya region Gafurjon Mirzaev, the first deputy minister of preschool education Kakhramon Olimov.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the center, I. Abdurakhmonov expressed hope that the center will help young people develop engineering skills and interest in innovation, as well as find employment in the future, contributing to the development of the region.

One of the main tasks of the center is the organization of training courses on modern information and innovative technologies. At the same time, it is planned to involve highly qualified specialists and introduce modern information and innovative pedagogical technologies into the educational process. In the accelerator, young people will be taught the rules of forming business ideas, their implementation and management.

The center will also assist in the creation of small businesses in Syrdarya region and provide them with marketing knowledge. Also, practical assistance will be provided in attracting venture capital funds for entrepreneurial activities. Young people who have completed the training will be assisted in attracting investors to start their own business, and their activities will be supported.
