Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Traffic violation detection cameras have been installed at key intersections in Bukhara region, according to the Road Safety Service.

According to the service, the surveillance systems, which register six types of traffic violations, have been put into operation at two major intersections of state-level roads.

In particular, the cameras have started operation at the intersection of roads 4P-220 and 4K-168 (Hokimiat intersection) in the Shofirkon district, as well as at the intersection of roads 4P-220 and 4P-48 (Bukhara parking intersection).

The main functions of the cameras will include monitoring speed violations, running red lights, crossing the stop line (sign 5.33), as well as illegal turns and crossing road markings.

Additionally, the cameras will detect violations related to stopping and parking in unauthorized areas.
