During the event, the Japanese public familiarized with applied art and traditional national clothes of the Uzbek people, various information materials about rich culture, ancient history and unique sights of Uzbekistan.

It was noted that Uzbekistan has great historic heritage as there are 4,000 ancient monuments – palaces, fortresses, mosques, mausoleums, madrasahs, minarets, etc. Several thousand tourists visit Uzbekistan each year.
