Tourism forum "International Travel Bazaar 2023" to be held in Samarkand

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 10-11 February, the Samarkand Tourism Forum "Travel Bazaar 2023" will be held in the city of Samarkand with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Samarkand Tourism Forum is the event of the year for creators of travel experiences and sellers of tourism services in Central Asia, focused on development, cooperation and the search for new solutions.

Samarkand Tourism Forum is a platform created for tourism industry professionals and those who want to grow and earn with us. More than 200 guests will gather to talk about real cases, challenges and travel trends: tour operators and guides, restaurateurs, hoteliers and tourism-affiliated businesses, representatives of the creative industries and the public sector.

For two days, 40 speakers from nine countries will share their knowledge with colleagues from all over Central Asia.

The program of the forum:

"round tables" about the tendencies exciting tourism. What are green technologies and how much do they cost? Why is there no agritourism in Central Asia? We will discuss these topics with experts and invite other participants to the discussion;

panel discussions on the topic “Points of growth. How to make a city the #1 global destination”, for tour operators and tourism-related businesses;

workshops on building a personal brand in social networks, restaurant service and master classes from prominent practitioners and industry leaders from Uzbekistan, Israel, the USA, Germany, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Russia.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the work of the exhibition and gastronomic zones, the B2B meeting zone and the presentation of innovative tourism products are planned. The STF only focuses on strategies and solutions that can be immediately put into practice.
